Services

Pure Vision Cleaning Solutions provides window cleaning, gutter clearance, fascia and UPVC cleaning, and a full house clean combining all three, for homes and businesses in and around Northampton.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on the size and access of your property and is confirmed before any work starts. Regular window cleaning is priced per visit.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change a regular clean at any time. For one-off jobs, please give us at least [CONFIRM] hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. We may need to reschedule for bad weather and will let you know as early as we can.

Access

Please make sure we can reach the areas to be cleaned, including side gates and rear gardens, and that pets are kept inside. If we cannot get access on the day, a call-out charge of [CONFIRM] may apply.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with the job, tell us within [CONFIRM] days and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost.

Payment

Payment is due once the job is done. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, subscription or bank transfer. For bank transfers please use your house number and street as the reference. [CONFIRM payment terms in days]

Liability and insurance

We hold public liability insurance. We take care around your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as failed seals, loose fittings or worn sealant, that becomes visible during cleaning. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
