Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the services you are interested in, your property size and how often you would like a clean. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange the work.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you. Once you become a customer we process your details to perform that contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are sent to GoHighLevel, which we use to manage enquiries and customer records. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor and only handles the data on our instructions.

When you submit the form, your enquiry is also passed to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) so you can send it to us as a message. Once it is in WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that message.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes card details under its own privacy terms. We never see your full card number.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a customer we delete enquiry data after [CONFIRM] months. Customer records are kept for as long as you use our services and then for up to six years for tax and accounting purposes. [CONFIRM]

Cookies and tracking

No analytics, marketing tags or embedded Google maps load until you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode is set to deny all storage. If you click Reject, nothing optional loads. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Your rights
